GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Dirham Fee will apply for all rooms at AED 20 per room per night and AED 40 per room per night for the 2 Bedrooms Apartments. It is payed by guests directly upon check-out.

RATES VALIDITY

Rates are for F.I.T bookings only and not applicable for groups.

NEW YEAR POLICY

New Year Gala Dinner (package with soft drinks or package with alcohol drinks) is compulsary on 31st December.

Half Board and Half Board Plus can only be used for Lunch, not for Dinner on 31st December.

Bookings made over the New Year period, guest names сап Ье amended or cancelled until 15th December 2024. Changes beyond the date provided could Ье accepted based оп the hotel occupancy/ situation.
Compulsory Minimum stay of (three) 03 nights and по departures оп 31st December 2024. ln case guest will check out prior to their schedule departure date, one (01) night will Ье deblted as per contracted rates as Early Departure.

MEAL POLICY

Half Board can be served as Lunch or Dinner.

Half Board Plus or Full Board Plus is inclusive of 1 alcoholic drink per adult per meal (01 beer or 01 glass of house wine)

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: In the event that a guest will depart earlier than booked, the hotel will consider this a cancellation and will apply cancellations fees.

NAME CHANGES: Any name changes will be considered as a cancellation and a request for new booking and will be handled accordingly. I.e. the cancellation policy will be applicable and the new booking will be confirmed subject to space availability!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

The Check-ln time is 2:00 РМ and the Check-out time is 12:00 пооп.
Early Check-ln is subject to room availaЬility. For guaranteed early Check-ln room must Ье booked from previous day. Early Check-ln must Ье coordinated with The Hotel(s) prior to the arrival. Check-Out time is 12:00 noon, the extension is subject to room availability and will Ье charged 50% of the room charge till 6:00 РМ. Late Departure is subject to room availabllity and will Ье charged full night after 6.00 РМ.
